Are you looking for a customer service representative position where you can work for a great company? This position is in an inbound call center environment, answering questions from dealers/installers ordering parts for their business. What is the pay? $17 per hour What are the hours? 8:00am-4:30pm OR 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday Where is this position located? Burnsville, MN What will I be doing as a Customer Service Representative?

  • Answer inbound calls from dealers/installers to take orders in call center environment
  • Answer and handle complaints as they arise
  • Provide technical product support to customers
  • Communicate to customers via phone and emails professionally
  • Other customer services duties as directed What are the requirements?
    • Prior inbound call center experience
    • Great tenure within past work history
    • Prior auto parts knowledge experience
    • Computer literate
    • Prior experience with Prophet 21 software preferred, not required What are the Perks?
