Are you looking for a customer service representative position

inbound call center environment, answering questions from
dealers/installers ordering parts for their business. What is the
pay? $17 per hour What are the hours? 8:00am-4:30pm OR
8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday Where is this position
located? Burnsville, MN What will I be doing as a Customer Service
- Answer inbound calls from dealers/installers to take orders in
call center environment
- Answer and handle complaints as they arise
- Provide technical product support to customers
- Communicate to customers via phone and emails
- Other customer services duties as directed What are the
- Prior inbound call center experience
- Great tenure within past work history
- Prior auto parts knowledge experience
- Computer literate
- Prior experience with Prophet 21 software preferred, not
