Volt is immediately hiring for a Material Handler I at Plymouth,
Minnesota 55442-3237.
As a Material Handler I, you will:
Assesses material needs and develops forecasts for assigned
production area at the beginning of the shift and orders materials
to support the production schedule.
Transports materials, including raw materials, components,
packaging materials, finished goods and/or scrap, to/from
production floor.
Completes required paperwork to accompany outgoing materials such
as intercompany bills- of-lading.
Prepares outgoing materials using a variety of methods including,
scanning, labeling, wrapping.
Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or
invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects
unsatisfactory items.
Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift or pallet jack.
Posts weights and shipping charges.
This is a Full-Time opportunity.
Schedule: 1st shift 4:30 am- 3:00PM Mon-Thurs, Plus OT for Friday
and Saturday
2:00 PM- 12:30PM Mon-Thurs, Plus OT for Friday and Saturday
The Ideal Candidate will have:
High school education or equivalent.
Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift or pallet jack.

Payrate Range in Between - $19 - $21/hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
