Now Hiring: General Labor- 1st shift -

This company in Sparta, WI is seeking a General Laborer on 1st shift. This individual would be responsible for the -component production, assembly, packing, shipping and receiving of parts for the Company on a daily basis. - - -

General Laborer Job duties: -

• Places stickers on parts, load parts on racks, load racks on conveyor line. -
• Completes assigned tasks by operating a variety of machines, equipment and tools including but not limited to: CNC machines, molding, tumbler, water jet, string machines, bander, pallet wrapper, shipping, engraving, painting, fork lift, pallet jack, walk behind fork truck, hand tools, and PC's.
• Assembles bow components according to bow specifications, places required stickers on bow.
• Removes finished product and Work-In-Process from racks.
• Inspects parts to ensure company quality standards are met.
• Participates in Improvement projects or events, when assigned.
• Reads specifications of bow to understand dexterity, color and model.
• Packs bows and parts in proper packages for customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Receives components and raw materials into inventory, confirming accuracy of items received, places components into proper location.
• Assists in all departments as needed.
• Performs daily housekeeping duties.General Labor requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. -
• Individual must possess: ability to adapt to change in priorities on a daily basis; strong mechanical abilities; basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools; excellent verbal communication skills; professional demeanor and appearances-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively; self-motivation skills
• Ability to build positive work relationships with coworkers and customers
• Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of people. -
• Must be able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide). -
• A keen sense of touch and hearing to test the products quality preferred.
