Location: Lou-Rich, Albert Lea, MN Status: Non-Exempt Hourly Type: Full-time Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7am until 3:30pm. OT may be required during the week and or weekends. Position DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician Is responsible for the mechanical equipment and or structure at Lou-Rich. Maintenance Technician duties involve the performance of operations and the use of tools and equipment of several trades, such as carpentry, electrical plumbing, etc. Work involves a combination of planning and layout of work relating to repair of the area, mechanical and/or electrical equipment; installing and aligning new equipment; general repairing of the building. The Maintenance Technician must be able to perform preventive maintenance by using ISO 9001 procedures. Other duties as assigned by the maintenance technician supervisor.

Requirements:
-- The maintenance technician must have all safety training provided by Lou-Rich-- Must have a good understanding of all safety equipment used in the Press Room/Paint Room-- High school diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age or older-- The maintenance technician must have good communication skills-- Must be able to perform preventive maintenance by using ISO 9001 procedures -- Must pass a pre-employment screening which includes a drug screenPI181142067
