Our Rochester location creates dairy flavors and fermented ingredients for Kerry customers and brands. You'll find a dynamic array of fun things to do in Rochester, MN! This role is rotating days, 4:45AM -5:15PM.

What You'll Do:
Do you enjoy your days being full of variety? As a Production Operator you'll see a product's transformation from individual ingredients to finished product. You'll control our fermentation process as it moves through the sterilizer into the fermentation tank while ensuring the process recipe is followed. If you're active, this is the role for you because you'll use your hustle for lifting and transporting bags of up to 50lbs of ingredients to other team members. You'll be a key part of a high performing team that keeps production lines running efficiently while working together to ensure we all have a safe workplace. We'll count on you to help us meet our customer and consumer needs as you:
Measure, weigh and stage ingredients
Move and transfer ingredients by hand, cart, or forklift (don't worry, we'll train you if not certified)
Sanitize all blending and packaging equipment

What You'll Need:

• No need to join a gym! This role will require lifting 50lbs bags of ingredients by hand.
