At Lynch Family Companies, you are truly treated like family.SUMMARY:Responsible for the safe transport of cattle and the general care of cattle.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be capable of regular and predictable attendanceAble to work overtime and weekends as neededAble to work holidays as neededGeneral care of feed lot cattleBedding, feeding, cleaning, sortingLoad and transport cattle in a safe mannerGeneral maintenance of buildings and groundsRecord keeping of livestock
• Performs other duties as needed and/or assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid driver's license and insurable under company guidelines
  • May be required to obtain a CDL
  • Maintain certification and follow all TQA Guidelines in the Humane Handling of Livestock
  • General Maintenance of grounds, facilities, and equipment
  • Alleyways, pens, and chutes
  • Vehicles and skid steers
  • Mowing and weeding
  • Work well with livestock customers and plant personnelWORK SCHEDULE AND ATTENDANCE:The work schedule will vary according to the workload and the time of year.
