Job Description:
Do you enjoy working in a retail setting? - Do you have an eye
for detail and accuracy and love being a subject matter expert and
collaborating with others? - If so, this may be the perfect role
for you! Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by
verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory
entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse
management system.
- Perform daily inventory counts and audits and provide detailed
documentation of results.
- Work with cross functional teams on the appropriate
resolutions, determine root cause, research transactions and
exceptions to derive root cause and provide resolution.
- Request, prepare, compile and retain reports and records in
printed and electronic form.
- Identify products in inventory database; Identify code dates on
products.
- Perform full range of Inventory Reclass/Transfer
functions.
- Perform related clerical tasks and audits to support warehouse
logistics.
- Move and stage pallet loads with material handling
equipment.
- Adhere to Company standards for Safety, product handling and
Food Safety. -Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Warehouse procedures and operation experience, preferred.
Physical -Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is
continuously required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel;
reach with hands and arms. The Team Member is frequently required
to stoop, kneel, crouch; and raise hands/arms above shoulder level.
The Team Member is occasionally required to sit and climb or
balance. The Team Member must continuously lift and/or move up to
20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. In the cases of
oversized or heavier loads, follow two-person (or more) lift
procedures. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception,
and ability to adjust focus.
