APPLY TODAY for this DIRECT HIRE -Machine Operator opportunity! - We are partnering with a Coon Valley manufacturing company to find CNC Machinists. However, machining experience is NOT required! All employees will receive 1-on-1 training with the production leads. -

Pay and Schedule for CNC Machinists:

• Starting Pay:
  • $20.00 -per hour -for entry level candidates -
  • $26 per hour -starting pay for those with experience (PLUS Shift differential for Nights/3rd shifts/weekends)
  • Hours:
    • 7pm-7am, rotating days (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off - including every other weekend)
    • Work three days one week 4 days the next, every other weekend is required (earn an additional $7/hour on Saturday and Sundays!)

        • Raw material incoming visual inspection
        • Performing manufacturing operations on CNC lathes
        • Machining parts to meet tolerances for final inspection
        • Inspecting and cleaning the finished product at the end of the production cycle
        • Working closely with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goals
        • Perform preventative maintenance tasks
        • Accurate -completion of required documentation CNC Machinist Requirements:
          • High school diploma or equivalent required
          • Machining certificate or prior CNC machining experience preferred, but will train a motivated entry-level candidate
          • Dedication to safe working practices
          • Commitment to continuous development of machining skill set
          • Ability to lift 50 pounds
          • Ability to problem solve
          • Strong attention to detail
          • High level of mechanical aptitude
          • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
          • Good Verbal and written communication skills
