Job Description:

Monday Thursday / 10-hour days. $18.91 per hour starting wage rate plus $2.00 per hour Shift Premium. First wage increase at 6 months. Job Objective Completes assembly operation on any product in a safe manner consistent with established quality standards and production schedules. Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and understand daily assignments from Assembly Supervisor, Assembly Coordinator, Assembly Specialist or Designee.
  
  
  
  
  
• Restock immediate workstation.
  
  
  
  
  
• Sets aside damaged or unusable parts in accordance with SPC procedures or after consulting with Assembly Supervisor, Assembly Coordinator, Assembly Specialist or Designee.
  
  
  
  
  
• Accurately records daily production.
  
  
  
  
  
• Maintains work area in a cleared and orderly condition.
  
  
  
  
  
• Follows established housekeeping and safety standards.
  
  
  
  
  
• Maintains a good attendance record.
  
  
  
  
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  
  
  
  
• This position supports the continual improvement and compliance of QMS and EMS.

        Working Conditions Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet the company's business demands. Exposure to hazards of machine operations and irritants such as grease, lubricants, and coolant. The area is dry with seasonal variations in temperature. The noise level is 80-90. Uniform safety practices consist of safety shoes, safety glasses, hair short or tied back. This area requires normal or corrected vision, normal depth perception and peripheral vision of 180 degrees and no color deficiency. Hearing protection is not required but is available.
