Provides feedback to managers and recommends ways to improve patient services.Participates on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient/customer satisfaction.Additional job responsibilities including but not limited to may involve assisting with chart reviews and core quality measure data abstraction, tracking and trending of patient inputs to assist in identification of areas of improvement, and other duties as assigned.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
