• Greet and welcome visitors and patients
• Verify and validate patient/guests appointments
• Direct and guide visitors/patients to locations throughout the hospital
• Establish and maintain a courteous, respectful, and helpful demeanor while assisting and engaging with patients, visitors, and other personnel
• Ensure policy enforcement and monitor traffic flow within the building
• Effectively de-escalate conflict or stressful situations
• Preform other administrative duties as assigned
• Other Administrative duties assigned Required Experience:
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Administrative or Customer Service experience from healthcare, hospitality, or service industry
  • 1+ Year MS Office experience
  • HS Diploma or GED required
