McNeilus also produces a complete line of high-performance rear load, front load, and automated side load refuse bodies to augment any refuse collection fleet.The Internal Control Specialist / Lead supports internal controls, SOX compliance, policy and procedure implementation and process improvement for all business units within Oshkosh Commercial Segment.YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Ensure compliance with established global and local policies, processes and internal control frameworks
• Measure and analyze current business processes with entities to identify opportunities and address areas of risk
• Lead activities to validate the effectiveness of new procedures, update Sarbanes-Oxley process documentation for changes effecting internal controls
• Oversee the timely coordination of quarterly representation letter process
• Close liaison with external auditors in the performance of annual audit cycles
• Liaison with Internal Audit and business units for internal audits, including SOX controls testing and walkthroughs
• Coordinate the timely and continuous action plan follow-up with control owners
• Champion the Oshkosh People First competencies to engage, develop, and connect team members.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • (4) or more years of relevant experience in accounting, Internal Controls or Auditing
  • Ability to travel 10%.STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
    • Accounting/ auditing qualification preferred
    • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
