Compensation for these temp-to-hire positions is $18.00-$18.50 per hour. Interested? They design and manufacture customized air conditioning and heating systems for vehicles. What an Assembler will do:

• Perform manual and repetitive assembly and sub-assembly functions including screwing, riveting, and packaging
• Operate necessary equipment to perform a variety of required operations
• Rotate parts as needed to different stations on a manufacturing flow line
• Use hand tools such as wrenches and screw drivers to complete assembly process
• Measure pieces for conformance to design and process specifications
• Inspect work to ensure total quality
• Properly sort and label parts

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to operate hand tools
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment
