This position is responsible for the handling of all in bound and outbound customer service calls and emails for our
various client brands. The person will use their exceptional skills to handle all positive or negative responses from
consumers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The position is required to be local and working from our corporate
headquarters in Westlake Village, CA. A remote position will be considered for an ideal candidate.
Use your exceptional skills in, problem solving, de-escalation and rapport building with our customers. We value our

Job Requirements:
Ability to handle upwards of 75 inbound inquiries a day both email, phone, live chat
Have excellent over the phone presence
Ability to coherently and clearly communicate via email
Computer and Microsoft proficient
Ability to multitask
As needed, coordinate activities and resources between cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing,
production, operations, finance, and senior management
Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars
A team player who is collaborative and a desire to constantly challenge themselves to be better
Supplementation and Fitness industry knowledge/experience a plus

Self motivator with proven phone skills
Strong communication and relationship/partnering skills
Ability to learn and contribute quickly
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and succeed in fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness and or inefficiencies and communicate
potential solutions to management
Competent in MS Office products including Excel and Power Point. Solid Excel spreadsheet capabilities.
Most importantly, strong consistent work ethic with a willingness to learn.
Pay Structure:
Competitive hourly pay of $15 to $25 an hr. (depending on experience), plus yearly bonus. If you reside in the Westlake Village, CA you will also have full access to a full gym and nutritional
supplements. No relocation expenses are available for this position.
