Job Description:

Our 3rd Shift Schedule:

* Monday through Thursday, 8:45pm to 7:15am

Wage Information:

* Starting wage for this position is $20.30 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential when working between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00am

Our Support Specialists are Responsible For:

* Back-up to shift supervisor - fulfillment in activities regarding managing fulfillment personnel and projects when shift supervisor is unavailable. Assist in Line Set-ups. Assist in 1st Articles. Participate in leading Fulfillment Team to ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity processes are followed. Assist in Project Reconciliation in Nulogy. Maintain committed focus and execution of Continuous Improvement objectives as determined by the Fulfillment Supervisor.
* Ability to work independently, as back-up to the supervisor, setting up lines, 1st Articles, continuous improvement objectives and Nulogy maintenance.
* Ability to independently analyze and solve any problem areas or quality issues arising in fulfillment production, and any situations which will necessitate workflow or scheduling changes as quickly as possible. Keeps the production shift supervisor informed regarding these issues.
* Daily, and more often when appropriate, checks to ensure that all materials and supplies necessary for the uninterrupted functioning of the fulfillment center are on hand and available without delay. All requests for materials and supplies must be made in writing to the production shift supervisor.
* When back-up to the Fulfilment Shift Supervisor - Participates in shift change over by providing complete, concise information ensuring that the next shift has the information that is needed to determine priorities and run their shift effectively and efficiently meeting/exceeding our customer's expectations.
* Leads Continuous Improvement projects, defines processes and develops sustainable process metrics as assigned by the Fulfillment Supervisor.
* Is continuously alert to unanticipated hazards and deals with them appropriately. Clearly and fully understands that he/she has the authority, and the duty, to immediately and without permission of higher authority, suspend any job, task or work situation which he/she feels constitutes an immediate hazard, and which cannot be dealt with in a less abrupt manner.
* Suggests beneficial changes in work methods, machinery, equipment, products, and services and all aspects of operations.
* Is able to efficiently and effectively work with company computer programs to include, but not limited to, ability to adjust unit quantities up and down and split units; look up unit history and counts; confirm material availability; print load tags; use job costing to enter final project data; access all information on SharePoint calendar; access all project specific information on CF-design folders; use fulfillment related customer service functions; print labels (ELC, placards, and any other labels as needed); and working knowledge of Nulogy, Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Other duties may be assigned.

Our Support Specialists Will Possess:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* 1 to 3 years of experience of manufacturing experience

* Ability to work independently without direct supervision
* Ability to give work instructions and train others
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Excellent safety record
