Job Description:
On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is
currently seeking Field Interviewers. As a Field Interviewer, you
will conduct 20-minute, face-to-face, structured interviews with
residents in nursing facilities and residential care facilities
using an Android tablet device. The pay for this position is $22.25
per hour.Responsibilities of a Field Interviewer:Be available
between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during assignments. Actual hours worked
will vary.Using a tablet computer, conduct 20-minute, structured
interviews.Be punctual, work independently, and remain neutral when
conducting interviews.Keep organized records of interviews and
update respondent status daily (e.G., completed interviews,
refusals, etc.).Upload (sync) your completed interviews and other
updates daily.Build positive relationships with customers and
comprehend customer feedback.Comply with confidentiality, federal
HIPAA regulations, and adhere to data security requirements.Utilize
personal cell phone and email address to regularly be in touch with
Vital Research.All other duties as assignedQualifications &
Requirements:Provide proof of full vaccination for COVID prior to
the start of employment.Comfort interacting with older adults, and
others with physical and/or other disabilities.Demonstrate concern
and sensitivity to issues of disability, illness, and communication
challenges.Must be able to work independently and as part of a
team.Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
with the ability to communicate skillfully and in a timely manner
via email, phone, and in-person.Must have a private desktop or
laptop computer, reliable wireless Internet, and printer to be able
to print from home.Proficient with email, uploading/downloading
files, Internet use, and troubleshooting possible technical
glitches.Ability to read, type, and record responses accurately on
a handheld tablet computer (e.G., Kindle, iPad) with a
touchscreen.Ability to follow structured protocols to comply with
confidentiality and federal HIPAA regulations.Must have own
reliable transportation, with valid driver license and automobile
insurance.Adhere to a business casual dress code and other personal
requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with older
adults, nursing homes, residential care, or adult day care centers
preferred.Interviewing experience preferred.All offers of
employment are conditioned on completing a background check,
fingerprinting, participating in possible testing requirements
(e.G., Covid-19), meeting Covid-19 vaccine policy requirements, and
using designated personal protective equipment (PPE) when
required.Additional Information:Travel:Extensive driving is
required for this position. Interviewers are assigned to facilities
within a 90-mile radius of their home.Training:Training will be the
week of February 13, 2023.At training, Field Interviewers
participate in a combination of classroom, virtual, and field-based
training to receive instruction on how to conduct face-to-face
interviews.Schedule:This is a part-time, temporary position. Days
are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.M. to 5 p.M. The number of work
hours will vary (approximately 20-30 hours each week).Pay:$22.25
per hourMileage reimbursementPhysical Requirements:The physical
demands described here are representative of those that an employee
must meet to perform the essential functions of this job

regularly required to talk and hear to conduct face-to-face
interviews with residents. Staff are continuously required to
stand; walk; kneel; use repetitive hands to finger, handle or feel;
and reach with hands and arms for up to eight hours each day.This
position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products
and supplies, up to 10 pounds. Interviewers must always carry all

completed by phone Courteous with good communication skills and
"people" skills Positive and self-motivated demeanor Prior Field
Research/Interviewing experience a plus
