Job Description:

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual German Software Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Providing excellent customer service
Reproducing problems and create test cases
Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing end-user issues to ensure that inquiries are successfully resolved
Skills and Requirements Include:

Language proficiency (spoken and written) in English and German required
Previous experience providing application / technical support of SaaS applications
Analytical thinking skills to investigate and solve problems
Experience in dealing with customers and communicate in a professional way
Previous professional experience working directly with complex software customers to troubleshoot software issues
