This position requires a detail-oriented individual that has the ability to take responsibility and see projects thru to completion.What does a Hydraulic Hose Assembler do for RVI? They:Ensure products are built and tested to meet customer requirementsIdentify component shortages and coordinate parts tracking with purchasing / material handling departmentEnsure QC processes and procedures are adhered toAssemble by hand using necessary hand toolsAbility to troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical schematicsAbility to accurately read/interpret blueprints that may include mechanical connections/joints, mechanical assembly prints, hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, electrical wiring diagramsAbility to understand and willingness to follow Work Order instructions including sign-off of assembly department dispatchesMaintain accurate equipment maintenance and repair logsCoordinate equipment repairs as neededWhat are we looking for in a quality candidate? Someone who:Knowledge of designing, using, and repairing machines and tools, computer hardware and software, how to build machines, using plans, blueprints, drawings, and modelsRead and understand written information. Identify problems and review information. Use math skills to solve problems.Excellent communication skills both oral and writtenAbility to problem solveMany tasks include their own work and /or the review of work of others in the department.
