Job Description:

Primary Objective of Position: The Leader, Business Process Improvement is responsible for driving and facilitating Process Improvements Projects related to the New Product Development Process. This individual contributor will be responsible for analysis of current process and tools, providing recommendations for improvements, and the development of new processes and tools through implementation.Key Areas of ResponsibilityAssess the current Product Development Process and tool set, identify areas to improve speed to market, quality, innovation, and process execution.Provide recommendations for new processes and tools to improve the Winnebago NPD ProcessSpearhead the development of updated and new processes and toolsIdentify skillset and resources required to deliver process improvement initiativesInitiate and execute the implementation plan and timingChampion the cross functional communication of the process improvement projectsOther duties as assigned based on business need Critical CompetenciesProcess minded approachAbility to communication cross functionally and lead without authorityKnowledge the Microsoft Product Portfolio including SharePoint & PowerBI Education & ExperienceBachelor's in engineering or Business+5 years' experience in process development or engineeringThis position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.#WeBuild
