We are offering a $1000 Sign-On bonus for this position, $500 paid on your first day of employment, $500 paid on day 90.

High school diploma/GED not required for this job. If you choose, we will provide financial assistance to get your education, from GED up to a Masters' degree-up to $10,000 per year!

Starting pay rate: $ 17 - 19.50/hr, based on experience

We are looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join the team as Paint Preppers at our manufacturing facility in Riceville, IA.

In this job, you will

* Wash, clean, and wipe down vehicles to be painted


* Remove and replace all components as required for painting and sanding


* Mask, paper, or grease components when appropriate


* Operate necessary equipment (dual action hand sander, electric lifts, etc.)


* Perform minor bodywork and maintain condition of vehicle or component through the entire paint process



Minimum Qualifications for this position are:

* Ability to follow all safety and compliance regulations



Preferred Qualifications include:

* High School Diploma or GED


* 1 year of applicable position experience


* Enjoy working in a team environment


* Experience using hand tools
