seeking an ambitious and talented Entrepreneurial Agency
Owner to join our team!
Competitive Compensation: Earnings
potential is unlimited through a 100% incentive-based compensation
structure. You’ll earn competitive new-business and renewal
commission, complemented by bonus programs (see below) that match
your needs at all stages of your agency’s development. The more you
invest in your success, the more you could earn!
- Education/Training Bonus: $4,000 (paid once 4
week virtual education program is complete)
- Launch Bonus: $15,000 (paid once candidate
launches fully compliant AAA branded agency)
- Marketing Reimbursement: Up to $50,000 each
- Agency development bonus (ADB):
- First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis
- Up to $150k bonus potential per month
- Agency Growth Bonus (AGB):
- Starts in year 3 (month 25)
- Up to 8% paid based on agency growth month over month
Own the economic interest in your agency from day
- Start with a solid
foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the
needs of our members. We put a lot of thought into who becomes an
EA, and where they’re located. We also provide EAs with assistance
on how to start and develop their agency.
assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a
personalized deployment plan. It’ll provide guidance on opening an
office and aligning with AAA standards.
training: You’ll benefit from a personalized training
program. Your individual curriculum will be based on an assessment
of your experience and abilities, and tailored to help ensure you
have the skills to be successful as an EA. Mixing in-person
with virtual training, the program may include core business
skills, sales, customer service, products and systems.

business grows, you’ll benefit from a variety of tools to help you
find staff, manage payments and cash flows, develop and modify a
business plan, and tap a network of experienced EAs and other

business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line
insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant
experience, and need a level of capital to ensure your agency
delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect.
You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves
new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty,
life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a
well-defined and loyal client base.

You’ll own and operate your own
AAA-branded, brick-and-mortar sales location, complemented by a
powerful web and social media presence.
You’ll sell AAA Branded Property
and Casualty in the beginning and also “other approved products” to
a well-defined and loyal client base.
You’ll have an exciting
opportunity to grow your business by cross-selling additional
products to new members, as well as to thousands of existing

You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters,
Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and
Commercial Lines. Because we always strive to do what’s right for
