Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of truck and trailer parts and frames. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Welder Location: Rice Lake, WI Pay Range: $20.37 - $23.63 hourly Shift: First shift M-TH 6am - 4pm What's the Job? Welding metal and steel components for truck and trailer parts and frames Utilizing wire feed and MIG welding techniques to ensure quality craftsmanship Inspecting welded parts to meet safety and quality standards Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to meet production goals What's Needed? Experience in welding, particularly MIG and wire feed welding Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Willingness to work overtime as needed What's in it for me?
