Description: Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units. Clinicians will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm they are aware of this requirement during compliance. 13 weeks 36HPW, 12hr Variable Shifts 0700-1930, 1900-0730 Call required if low census Float required - sitter needs Every third weekend Required: 2yrs exp, BLS, NRP Preferred: AWHONN Intermediate Ratios will vary for mother baby and laboring patients
