development. We are seeking an Onsite System Engineer with
excellent problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal
skills, along with patience, a positive, customer-friendly attitude
and the ability to work in a team environment. In addition, they
should have a strong technical understanding of the various
hardware, software and networking systems being supported. Must be
detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge of networking hardware
and software. A bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical
engineering and/or seven or more years of experience in areas such
as network design and implementation, LAN/WAN interfacing,
security, TCP/IP, and server and network infrastructure are typical
job requirements. This position is located in Eden Prairie, MN and
is fully on-site. Job Duties: Provide on-site technical support to
contract clients. Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve
them in a timely and efficient manner. Troubleshoot hardware,
software, and network issues, and provide solutions to clients.
Install and configure software and hardware components for clients.
Provide high-quality customer service to clients and maintain a
positive relationship with them. Document all issues, resolutions,
and client interactions in the ticketing system. Communicate
effectively with the team to ensure the client's needs are met.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
opportunities. Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in
computer science or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience
in an IT support role, preferably in a managed services
environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
applications, as well as general networking concepts. Experience
with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop support.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong
customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical
information to non-technical users. Ability to work independently
and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours and
participate in on-call rotation. If you have a passion for
