Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a
relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist with full-cycle
recruiting experience and an exceptional commitment to the
candidate experience to join our Human Resources team. This
position will support the organization’s talent acquisition
activities aligned with the firm's strategic direction and core
values, and partner with firm leadership on specific recruiting
needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also supports enhancements
to team members’ new-hire experience, manages processes throughout
the employee lifecycle, assesses effectiveness, and makes
recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights and
trends. The Human Resources team is dedicated to fostering a
positive, productive workplace for Boulay and Boulay Financial
Advisory team members and partners. We oversee all aspects of the
employee experience, including talent acquisition, onboarding,
performance development, recognition programs, total rewards,
policy administration, career growth, coaching, succession
planning, and compliance. Our team also drives initiatives to
strengthen engagement, enhance communication, and ensure alignment
with firm values and strategic goals. Boulay encompasses
approximately 300 individuals with offices in Eden Prairie,
Minneapolis and Mankato, MN and a remote workforce in approximately

you. Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of the talent
acquisition strategy, creating a roadmap for staffing and
implementing a talent acquisition strategy. Participate in
workforce planning and forecasting initiatives to build the right
talent pipeline in a highly competitive market. Manage all aspects
of a full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, sourcing,
interviewing, and negotiating offers for firm roles. Screen,
qualify and interview applicants and serve as the main point of
contact to ensure our hiring culture is consistent across the firm.
Collaborate with others in the firm, providing talent acquisition
assistance. Manage pre-employment due diligence checks, including
background and reference checks. Partner with the Senior Campus
Recruiter on various Campus Recruiting initiatives. Job fair
attendance (virtual and in-person) Interviews Summer program
(planning, administration and execution) Collaborate with the
Talent Acquisition Manager on advertising and recruiting strategy.
Leverage internet and social media platforms for recruitment.
Partner with Marketing on the company website recruiting and career
marketing content; use social media and professional networking
sites to identify and source candidates. Manage the 30-day check-in
process for experienced team members; identify trends, drive
continuous improvement, and ensure alignment on communication for
successful impact and retention. Manage and administer the new hire
peer connection program. (Boulay Buddy) Provide support and assist
with facilitating the Rising Early Professionals (REP) Program.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding administration processes for
outsourced talent resources. Manages the Return-to-Work
re-acclimation process. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; or
equivalent work experience 2 years’ experience in a Talent
Acquisition or Human Resources position that provided full-cycle
recruitment support, ideally with experience as part of a small
team in a high-growth, professional services organization Proven
successes in executing innovative approaches to recruitment,
including a focus on the recruitment of diverse candidate groups
Prior candidate sourcing experience using current technologies
Experience with recruiting positions at all levels and in a variety

insurance Work from home The annual salary range for this position
is: $78,000 - $115,000. This salary range reflects the anticipated
responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for
this role. Final compensation may vary depending upon an
individual’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Individuals may be
eligible for additional compensation in the form of incentives,
commissions, profit sharing, and more, depending on the role.
