your future. Responsibilities The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is
responsible for facilitating recruitment to open positions,
attracting and hiring diverse, top talent. Partners with assigned
departments and other areas of Human Resources to support critical,
difficult, visible roles. This support includes intake sessions,
design and implementation of effective and creative recruitment
plans to meet current and future needs, sourcing support, candidate
phone screening, forwarding of top-tiered candidates to hiring
manager, and offers to securing top talent including salary
negotiation. Provides recruitment services in a positive, timely,
service oriented, cost efficient and effective manner. This
individual will align closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner
to ensure service line recruitment needs are fulfilled
strategically and proactively. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter may
also partner with the Talent Acquisition Associate Recruiter to
provide candidate processing and/or lead generation support for
these critical, difficult, visible roles. Responsible for talent
engagement strategies with include talent rediscovery campaigns,
attending events, sourcing, and social outreach to include but not
limited to college and program engagement. The Talent Acquisition
Recruiter will be responsible for providing and analyzing
department and recruiter data and will leverage critical thinking
skills to recommend solutions to customer. Participates in Talent
Acquisition projects and committees and positively represents the
Mayo brand to candidates. Candidates for this role should be
prepared to travel to in-person events across the US based on
business need and leadership discretion. During the selection
process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview
that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand
interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have
time to consider each question before responding. You will have the
opportunity to re-record your answer to each question — Mayo Clinic
will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be
reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of

Qualifications Bachelors degree in a Human Resources, Business
Administration or related field required or 5 years recruitment
experience preferably with one year in a hospital setting. Prefer
the following certifications: Professional in Human Resources
(PHR); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Global
Professional in Human Resources (GPHR); Society for Human Resource
Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Society for Human
Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP);
Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR); Physician/Provider
Recruitment Professional (CPRP); or certifications issued by Human
Capital Institute (HCI).
