Payroll AdministratorLocation: Rochester, MNAs a Payroll Administrator at our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of our payroll system. Your attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations will contribute to the success of our payroll operations.Responsibilities:1. Administer and manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data input, calculations, and timely processing of payroll for all employees.2. Verify and reconcile payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.3. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to gather and maintain accurate employee information, such as timesheets, salary adjustments, and deductions.4. Generate and distribute payroll reports, pay slips, and related documents to employees on a regular basis.5. Address employee inquiries related to payroll, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service.6. Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.7. Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll-related tax filings and other mandatory reports.Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.2. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and regulations3. Proficiency in using payroll software(ADP) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.4. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.6. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to meet strict deadlines.7.
