Job Description:
Primary Objective of Position:Play a key role in developing the
best talent. Enhance the performance of the organization by
collaborating with leaders to hire the right people and deliver
candidate and employee experiences that drive engagement and
retention.Key Areas of Responsibility:Reporting to the Supervisor,
Talent Management, this position will be primarily focused on
hiring and developing great talent, though will also provide a
broad range of support for a variety of HR processes and projects,
including but not limited to training, performance management,
recognition, employee relations, and compensation.
- Facilitate or lead sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and
selection process for identified positions
- Communicate with hiring managers to understand needs and create
job descriptions and requirements
- Collaborate with HR teams within each business unit to ensure
alignment of recruiting efforts and provide support as needed
- Coordinate with / leverage external partnerships throughout the
hiring process (ex. pre-hire assessments, relocation, and external
staffing or search partners)
- Ensure a consistent and brand-right candidate and new hire
experience is being delivered; solicit input from HR, leaders, and
employees to continuously evaluate and improve process
- Provide input to shape an overall strategy for talent
acquisition as well as a sourcing strategy to align with evolving
business needs
- Establish consistent recruitment processes and routines at the
enterprise level and within each business unit as needed; foster
knowledge sharing and use of best practices
- Participate in evaluating training and development
opportunities; identify and deliver solutions to meet needs
- Create reports, communication, or other tools and resources as
needed to support recurring talent routines, such as performance
review process and talent reviews
- Provide support for enterprise HR driven projects and
processes, to include benchmarking or other research, data
collection and analysis, reporting, tracking key metrics, and
project management.
- Perform other HR Business Partner responsibilities as needed;
partner directly with leaders, teams, or individual employees to
provide support in areas such as:
- Career development coaching
- Performance coaching / counseling
- HR process or policy questions
- Other HR related projects and tasks as requested

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or
related major is preferred
- > 1 years of HR experience is preferred.
- Experience with all aspects of talent acquisition, including
sourcing and interviewing; involvement in contributing to or making
selection decisions is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - ability to create/manipulate
documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Some travel will be required
