Overview: WAGE: $19.00 / hour (Age 18) Deliver exceptional catered event experiences by leading food and beverage setup, service, and staff coordination to ensure every gathering is executed smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities: Set-up buffet service, prepare, and serve food and beverage according to Banquet Event Order specifications Assess on hand inventories and prepare orders for upcoming events, report inventories on a weekly basis Schedule staff according to event needs, manage break plans and timecards accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with company and health department standards Train and coach catering staff in order to ensure exemplary event execution and guest service Qualifications: Previous food service experience required, catering or event experience preferred Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines and pass ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol courses (training provided) Good customer service, communication, and delegation skills Ability to handle event management and follow designated timelines Attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
