Job Description:
Cassia is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to
join our team as Nursing Assistants. This role is pivotal in
enhancing the lives of our elderly residents by providing
exceptional care and support. Successful candidates will receive
full training and certification as a Nursing Assistant, equipping
them with the skills necessary to excel in this role. Our

patient care under direction of nursing staff including but not
limited to, bathing, grooming, feeding, and monitoring vital signs.
Assist patients with mobility needs, transportation, and other
daily activities. Document patient interactions and care provided,
maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Ensure a clean, safe,
and organized environment for patients. Communicate effectively
with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
to ensure high quality and continuity of care. Participate in
training and educational sessions to continually enhance skills and
knowledge. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach Ability to follow
detailed instructions and maintain patient confidentiality Basic
understanding of hygiene and sanitation principles Physical ability
to lift and assist patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Assistant will be provided upon successful completion of the
training program.
