This independent Critical Access Hospital seeks a Family Medicine physician to deliver full scope primary care, including surgical obstetrics, to a welcoming community with convenient access to Minneapolis and Madison. The hospital offers modern facilities, advanced equipment, and experienced clinical support. Opportunity Highlights: • Full scope Family Medicine with surgical obstetrics. • Join a well established clinic and hospital with over 80 years of community service. • Flexible schedule with 32-36 patient facing hours and 1:10 call • 8 weeks of PTO plus holidays and 1:10 call • Moderate patient volume and 30-minute appointment times to support strong patient relationships. • Dedicated nursing support, private exam rooms, and updated facilities. Compensation & Benefits: • Guaranteed base salary up to $342,000 with earning potential reaching $450,000. • Robust incentives, including a $50,000 sign on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, $10,000 CME stipend, and student loan repayment. • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage plus an exceptional retirement program.
