(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is perfect
for an experienced Operating Room Technician (ORT) skilled in
orthopedic procedures, including trauma and total joint support.
The role requires proficiency with EPIC and DaVinci systems and a
strong foundation in general OR skillsets. Candidates must possess
an active NBSTSA or NCCT certification and have at least two years
of recent experience in a surgical environment. Location: Eden
Prairie, MN offers a vibrant suburban setting with convenient
access to metropolitan amenities. This community provides excellent
shopping, dining, parks, and easy transportation options, making it
an appealing place to live and work. Schedule: 10-hour shifts (day
and evening) Start times vary: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM,
or 3:00 PM Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent
operating room experience Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification
required Experience with EPIC and DaVinci systems Strong skills in
orthopedic surgery, including trauma cases and total joint support
Preferred experience in neuro, peripheral vascular, and
cardiovascular cases Ability to float within the OR as needed Must
be able to work some weekends and holidays Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating room and equipment for orthopedic and other
surgical cases Assist surgical teams during procedures with
precision and adherence to protocols Maintain strict sterile
techniques and ensure patient safety throughout surgeries
Coordinate with nursing and surgical staff for efficient workflow
Document procedures and maintain accurate records in electronic
