Weekend Baylor Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. This
position offers a unique opportunity to provide skilled nursing
care to patients in their own homes during the weekend. This role
is ideal for those seeking a flexible schedule that allows for
impactful work in a patient-centered environment. As a Baylor RN,
you'll work closely with patients and their families, providing
care tailored to individual health needs and promoting wellness
throughout our community. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
to determine appropriate nursing interventions. Administer
medications, wound care, and other personalized treatments as
prescribed. Monitor patient health status and adjust care plans as
necessary. Educate patients and their families on managing
illnesses and injuries at home. Coordinate with doctors,
therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent
patient care. Document all patient interactions and treatments
accurately for continuing care and billing purposes. Proficiency in
clinical skills such as wound care, catheter care, and medication
administration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
interact effectively with patients and families. Ability to work
independently and manage a healthcare plan. Critical thinking
skills necessary for swift and accurate decision-making. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR/BLS certification.
Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
