Seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to provide care at clinic east of La Crosse, Wisconsin. - Flexible patient care hours. - Outpatient pediatric opportunity with manageable call schedule. - Call structure-phone call responsibilities for critical labs, neonate hospital call and in person neonate call. - Call rotation-one week of call every three weeks, offering a flexible schedule to maintain a rewarding balance in your professional and personal life. - Strong multidisciplinary support- benefit from 24/7 consultative services, ensuring access to expert guidance whenever needed. - Collaborate with pediatric specialties-while based at our main campus, specialists in areas like endocrinology, cardiology, and gastroenterology, among others, are readily available to support your practice, ensuring seamless collaboration and comprehensive care. - Average patient volume: 18 per day. - EMR-Epic - Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff - Opportunities to participate in multiple ongoing clinical trials and basic science research - All physicians are employed and provided with a competitive compensation and benefit package - Loan forgiveness The Community: Located in western Wisconsin, this small city is a hub for travelers due to its central position along Interstate 94, connecting major cities like La Crosse and Madison.
