Job Description:

position of Registered Nurse in our Radiation Oncology Department.
This role is crucial in providing high-quality, compassionate care
by using state-of-the-art technology to treat oncologic patients
under a multidisciplinary team approach. As part of our dedicated
team, you will contribute significantly to patient care plans,
including assessment, treatment and management of patient
conditions. You will work closely with radiation oncologists and
other healthcare professionals to implement treatment regimes,
provide education and support to patients and their families, and
ensure the continuity of oncological care. Assess patient health
problems and needs specific to oncology and develop nursing care
plans. Prepare patients physically and emotionally before treatment
and monitor them during the procedure. Administer radiation therapy
treatments as prescribed by a radiation oncologist. Educate
patients and families on treatment expectations, processes, and
side effects. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for
continuous patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and
comply with healthcare regulations. Participate in research
activities related to radiation oncology nursing. Strong clinical
skills in oncology nursing Proficient in using radiation therapy
equipment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability
to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred
