Experience: • 26 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • This role will require floating to multiple units • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Gundersen Health System. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager. Required Skills/Experience: They have a lot of high risk cases and need someone with strong skills, particularly in structural cases. Structural cases will be a hard stop. Strong at Scrubbing in with the physicians and must have experience doing structural cases, such as TAVRS, Mitraclips and Watchman, along with high-risk PCI’s Required Credentials: Associates Degree Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree Special Requests: Holidays: Rotation as needed - due to call (1 holiday) Shift & Scheduling: On Call: 1-2 nights a week from 5pm-7am and every 5th-6th weekend Fri 5pm-Mon 7am (response time, 30 Min).
