Health Nurse Practitioner is a vital member of our healthcare team,
delivering comprehensive, compassionate care to patients at all
stages of their reproductive health journey. Minnesota Women’s Care
is a private, patient-focused practice dedicated to providing
personalized, state-of-the-art medical care to women of all ages in
a welcoming and supportive environment. We are currently seeking an
experienced, passionate nurse practitioner to join our dynamic and
collaborative practice. This role offers the opportunity to build
meaningful patient relationships, work alongside a dedicated team
of healthcare professionals, and help advance women’s health in our
community. Key Clinical Responsibilities * Assesses, diagnoses, and
provides care to general OB/GYN patients. * Obtains comprehensive
medical, surgical, gynecologic, obstetric, and family histories;
thoroughly reviews medical records and prior test results; and
performs appropriate physical examinations, including breast,
pelvic, and gynecologic assessments. * Orders, interprets, and
follows up on relevant laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging
(ultrasound, mammography), and specialized studies based on
clinical presentation and evidence-based guidelines. * Performs
essential gynecologic procedures, including but not limited to: Pap
smears, IUD insertions and removals, endometrial biopsies,
colposcopy, contraceptive counseling and management, and minor
office-based procedures. * Provides Urostym pelvic floor therapy. *
Manages HRT for menopausal and perimenopausal patients. * Evaluates
and treats fertility patients. * Respond promptly and
professionally to phone messages from patients and nurse triage,
providing timely clinical guidance, addressing concerns, and
determining the appropriate level of care needed. * Interprets and
communicates lab results, imaging findings, and pathology reports
to patients in a clear, compassionate manner, ensuring
understanding and addressing questions or concerns. * Partners with
patients to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans that
respect patient preferences, cultural backgrounds, and personal
health goals while promoting optimal health outcomes. * Works
collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team, including
physicians, specialists, nurses, and community resources, to ensure
comprehensive, coordinated patient care. * Carefully completes all
required documentation in a timely fashion. Requirements: Required
Qualifications * Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a WHNP
in a clinical setting preferred, with demonstrated competency in
providing comprehensive women’s health services. * Graduated from
an accredited school of nursing. * Current, unrestricted Minnesota
RN and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) licensure,
current CPR/BLS certification, and DEA registration (or ability to
obtain). * Demonstrated ability to understand, adhere to, and
contribute to the development of established policies, procedures,
and evidence-based clinical protocols. * Proven ability to work
collaboratively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and
administrative staff in a busy and complex environment,
demonstrating tact, diplomacy, professionalism, and emotional
intelligence. * Strong charting/documentation skills. * Unwavering
commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and maintaining
the highest standards of professional practice * Exceptional
written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain
complex medical information in clear, accessible language * Ability
to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from
various backgrounds. * Good judgement with the ability to make
timely and sound decisions. * Creative, flexible, and innovative
team player with a solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability to
