Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Marshfield, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,274 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Marshfield, Wisconsin, 54449! Job Title: Med Surg/Tele RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience License: Required Certifications: BLS; ACLS preferred Must-Have: Intermediate Care background; IVs; Drains; Ostomies; Wound Vacs; NG tubes; Foley Catheters; Electronic Health Record Description: Unit participates in an auto offer process for interviews. The unit consists of 29 beds. Nurse to patient ratios are 1:4 during the day and 1:6 at night. Common diagnoses include abdominal surgeries, ear/nose/throat surgeries, complex wounds, and general medical concerns. Registered Nurses are required to titrate drips, including heparin, insulin, diltiazem, amiodarone, and nitroglycerin. There are telemetry/monitor techs available to monitor patients. Registered Nurses are not required to read telemetry strips, as techs monitor and notify nurses of any concerns. Charge nurses take a smaller patient assignment. Nurse aides are present on the unit with a ratio of 1:8 during the day and 1:14 at night. Respiratory equipment includes CPAP, BiPAP, vapotherm, and occasional tracheostomy care; there are no ventilators. Scheduling does not guarantee block scheduling, though efforts will be made to accommodate block schedules, especially for night shifts. Weekend requirements are every other weekend. Holiday requirements are every other holiday. There is no call or standby requirement. Floating to other medical/surgical units may occur if the unit is overstaffed.
