Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an opportunity to provide occupational therapy services in a
K-12 school setting, supporting students aged 3 to 21. The role
involves working three days per week, averaging 24 hours weekly,
with a caseload of 21 students, including many consultation-only
cases. This contract begins August 17th, 2026, and concludes May
28th, 2027, held at a single school location in Altoona, WI.
Qualifications: - Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT)
license required Key Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized
occupational therapy services to students within a school
environment - Conduct consultations and collaborate with educators
and families to support student development - Maintain accurate
documentation and track progress according to school and state
guidelines - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and
