Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A maternity leave
contract position is available for an onsite Occupational Therapist
(OT) serving K-12 students. This role is based in Anoka, Minnesota,
primarily supporting an elementary school with opportunities across
middle and high school levels as needed. The contract runs from
January 5, 2026, through June 5, 2026, with a standard workweek of
Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: -
Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students within the
school setting. - Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans to support student functional goals. - Collaborate with
school staff, families, and other professionals to ensure
comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate documentation and
compliance with relevant licensure requirements. - Adjust caseload
management based on assigned Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) periods.
Desired Qualifications: - Valid Occupational Therapy license. -
Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in
elementary, middle, and high school environments. - Comfortable
with travel between multiple school locations within the area. -
Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work
independently and manage caseload effectively. Contract Schedule
Details: - January 5, 2026, to February 9, 2026: .5 FTE - February
2, 2026, to March 27, 2026: 1.0 FTE - April 20, 2026, to June 5,
2026: .5 FTE Location: Anoka, MN, with potential assignments at
multiple school sites across the district. Candidates should be
comfortable commuting within this area. This temporary opportunity
