your future. Responsibilities Mayo Clinic Health System in
Southwest Wisconsin is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible
Physiatrist to join our growing, integrated healthcare team. This
is a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative,
patient-centered environment that emphasizes clinical excellence,
education, and innovation. Primary location: La Crosse, WI, with
possible secondary location TBD Practice Highlights: •
Outpatient-focused role with a Monday–Friday schedule. • No call
responsibilities – no nights or weekends. • Focus on general
physiatry; sub specialization opportunities available. •
High-volume procedural clinic with a strong emphasis on EMG
services and other procedural treatments. • Access to advanced
treatment technologies including neurotoxin and platelet-rich
plasma therapy. • Participate in multidisciplinary clinics (e.g.,
amputee, wheelchair). • Collaborate with a robust Physical Therapy
department, professional nursing staff, and efficient scheduling
support. • Engage in educational opportunities with medical
students, residents, and APP staff. • Strong institutional support
for professional growth and development. Highly active research
program which includes a research collaboration with the University
of Wisconsin – La Crosse to transform today’s research into
tomorrow’s cutting-edge care and cure for our patients and
communities. Our collaboration enables Mayo Clinic Health System
physicians, University of Wisconsin – La Crosse faculty, staff and
students to join forces and provides a catalyst for developments in

Qualifications • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic
Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school • Board
certification or board eligibility in Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation • Certification or eligibility to perform EMGs
(preferred, not required) • Eligible for medical licensure in the
state of Wisconsin
