Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This contract position
offers the opportunity to support K-12 students as a Behavior
Specialist with BCBA certification near Plymouth, MN. This role
involves working closely with students and staff to provide
essential behavioral interventions and assessments in a school
setting. The position requires a commitment of 36.25 hours per
week, supporting a caseload of approximately 40-45 students across
8 classrooms. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavioral
Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans tailored
to individual student needs. Collaborate with educators and school
personnel to implement and monitor behavior strategies. Provide
direct support to students in a setting with up to 4 children
simultaneously. Manage required documentation, paperwork, and
debriefing related to student progress and behavior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant behavioral standards and best
practices in education. Desired Qualifications: Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience working
in K-12 school environments preferred. Strong skills in behavior
assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis. Excellent
organizational and communication abilities to manage caseload and
collaborate effectively with school staff. Location: Plymouth, MN
