Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Call: No call required - EMR: Epic -
Credentialing: Act 10 accepted Requirements - License: Active
Wisconsin license – Required - Certifications: - ACLS (Advanced
Cardiac Life Support) – Required - ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life
Support) – Required - BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required Pay Rate
