Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour; Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: - NIH, TNCC preferred - Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR) - Utilization of AIDET - Hourly rounding Description: This position requires the implementation of Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR). The utilization of AIDET is essential for effective communication with patients and families. Hourly rounding is a standard practice on this unit. All clinicians will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm their awareness of these requirements. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory. Candidates may float within the hospital as needed. Compliance requirements include completion of background checks and references. Successful completion of required labs and appointments is necessary within specified timeframes. This job may involve working under variable shift needs.
