This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally sensitive environment. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission!**We are offering a $10k relocation bonus, a $5k sign-on bonus, as well as a $30k retention bonus.**We are eligible for multiple student loan reimbursement/forgiveness programsGeneral Dentist Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patientsProvide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent careCommunicate and collaborate effectively with team membersConduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic castsProvide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment optionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic recordsMaintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocolsKeep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensureAvailable for emergency/on-call duty by phone for assigned weekends (twice a year)Rochester Clinic Hours:Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am 3pmWednesday/Thursday: 7:50am-5pmFriday: 7:50am-2pmGeneral Dentist Qualifications:Licensed with the MN Board of DentistryCPR/AED CertificateExperience working with culturally diverse communitiesDemonstrated expertise in dental softwareAbility to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environmentWhat We Offer:Collaborative, innovative and inclusive team environmentProfessional development opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental and life insurancePaid time off401k plus company matchCE classes and license renewalsAbout Us:At Community Dental Care everything we do is about providing the most caring, culturally respectful, quality dental care to people of all ages and abilities.
