Job Description:
We are seeking Registered Nurse's to provide direct care to
clients in withdrawal management and detoxification. As a nurse in
one of our 24-hour facilities you will care and support clients
with substance use disorder.Evening and overnight shifts
available.New graduates welcome to apply.What you will be
doingConduct assessment of health status on individual upon
admission and discharge.Accurately chart all medications, physical,
emotional, and mental status.Evaluate appropriate referral sources
for client upon discharge.Participate in the development and
modification of a plan of care.Implement physician order's .Preform
general nursing procedures and care to clients.Provide oversight to
clients in withdrawal regimens or clients with monitored
sobriety.Make behavioral observations of clients and potential
clients.QualificationsMust have a current active Registered Nurse
(RN) licensein the state of Minnesota.Experience working with
individuals that havesubstance use and/or co-occurringdisorder
preferred.Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
