Zumbro Valley is seeking a Full-time Mental Health Practitionerto join our dedicated team of professionals! As a Mental Health Practitioner you will provide direct mental health services and work one-on-one with clients out in the community, at their home, or at the office.We welcome candidates who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and are committed to excellence in mental health care.If you are looking for a challenging but very rewarding career, this may be the perfect fit for you!A Day in the LifeMaintain a caseload of clients.Help develop and work will all members of the treatment plan team as often as needed.Facilitate services to clients individually and in a group setting.Coach, teach, educate, and model independent living skills to clients.Coordinate and make further referrals for clients as needed.Seek treatment consultation from Clinical Supervisor.Accurately complete all required documentation and notes for each client in a timely manner.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociologyor a behavioral science related field.If you have a Bachelor's of Social Work you must be a Licensed Social Worker.1 year (2000 hours) of experience working in the mental health or behavioral field required.Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance.Why Zumbro Valley Health Center?Zumbro Valley Health Center is a non-profit organization with over 240 employees that provides behavioral health services to twelve counties in Southeast MN.
