Olmsted Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Physician with geriatric experience for our Active Aging Services patients. A physician with experience in palliative care and adult mental health is preferred. This position would join other physicians, nurse practitioners and support staff.

• Care for residents in Nursing Homes, Assisting Living Centers, clinic settings, and individual patient homes
• Clinic visits focus on:
  • Brain Health/Memory Care Clinic
  • Palliative Care Clinic
  • Medical Cannabis Clinic
  • Acute Care Needs
  • Assist with care planning, admissions, and facility discharges
  • Epic Electronic Medical RecordAbout Olmsted Medical Center OMC, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, has been southeastern Minnesota s hometown healthcare provider since 1949.
