Shift Schedule:
- M-W-F (6:30a-3p)
- T-TH (7a-3:30p)

Ave no. of surgical cases per day: 1 Cardiac, & 5-7 general cases
Trauma level: 2
No. of Anesthesiologist in practice: 5
No. of ORs: 8
Required procedures: General Surgical Cases, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional, Spinal, Epidural, Obstetrical, Neurosurgical, Open Heart, Thoracic Cases, Complex Vascular Cases, & Complex Orthopedic Cases.
Pain Mgt Procedures: Acute (No pain mgt clinic)
Insertion: Central Line, & Arterial Line
Other info:
- Must be able to read, interpret and bill for TEE procedures - not just the placement of probe.
- May need to oversee CRNAs at the ASC if no cardiac cases are scheduled and a physician is needed at the ASC location.
Credentialing timeframe: 8-12weeks
