Job Quick Facts Specialty: CRNA Location: Mason City, IA Board Requirement: BC License Requirement: IA Additional Requirement: BLS, ACLS Reason for Need: Supplemental Practice Type: Inpatient Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Coverage Period: May 17, 2021 - Ongoing Shifts needed to be filled: - May 17 week & Aug 16 week (1 Provider) - June 28 week, Aug 9 week, Aug 23 week, Aug 30 week (2 providers) - July 3; Day shift + call (630a to 630a; 1 provider) - July 4 week (3 providers) - July 26 week, Aug. 2 week (3 providers) - Ongoing needs past August 2021 Shift Schedule: - MWF; 6:45 am to 3:15 pm - TTH; 7:15 am to 3:45 pm - May vary depending on surgery schedule Trauma Level: II Patient Demographic: All ages - Very sick pediatrics are usually shipped out EMR: Cerner and Paper Charting Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
